Principle

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate this website and handle your enquiries. We do not analyse your behaviour and we use no tracking or advertising services.

Hosting and access data

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When a page is requested, technical access data required for delivery is processed: IP address, time of the request, the address requested, and details about your browser and operating system. This data is not combined with other sources.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may also be transferred to the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Support and location forms

When you submit a form, the data you entered is sent to us by email so that we can handle your request. Details such as name, email or phone number are optional; without them, however, we cannot get back to you. An uploaded photo is used solely to process your report.

To send these emails we use the service provider Resend, which delivers the message on our behalf.

The legal basis is the handling of your request at your instigation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We delete your request once it has been fully handled and no statutory retention periods apply. Photos are deleted together with the request.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to external font providers, so no data is transferred to third parties.

Storage in your browser

We store only technically necessary information on your device. No cookies are set for advertising or analytics purposes:

• ›The number of times you started the theme song, so the level display is kept. This number stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• ›The position you last reached in the theme song, so you can continue from there. This is deleted when you close the browser tab.

The legal basis in each case is your use of the function the entry belongs to (Sec. 25(2) TDDDG). You can delete these entries at any time via your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on a legitimate interest. Please contact us at the address given above.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany.
