Nicotine products do not belong in the hands of children and young people. For us that is not a formality — it is the condition for a machine being allowed to stand anywhere at all.
Sale to adults only
The nicotine-containing products offered through SCHMITZ'omat machines are intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Under Section 10 of the German Youth Protection Act, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and refill containers may neither be sold to children and young people nor may their consumption be permitted. We do not sell to minors.
Age verification at the machine
Every machine is equipped with technical age verification. Products are released only after a successful check. Without it, nothing is dispensed.
This website
Nothing is sold or dispensed through this website. It provides information about the brand and about where our machines are located. Age verification happens where products are actually dispensed: at the machine.
Reporting concerns
If you notice anything at one of our locations that conflicts with youth protection, please report it to us immediately. We follow up on every report.
